We’re specialists in CNC machining and turning, with full prototyping to production capability.

 

We offer 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining, plus high-volume machining on our two Triflex modular multi-station CNC machines, capable of simultaneous 5-sided machining without the need for re-clamping – that’s a 300% increase in output compared with the latest stand-alone CNC machining centres. 

 

We also provide a full range of technical and sales support services, from design for manufacture, through to finishing, laser part marking, packaging and line-side delivery anywhere in the world.

Our range of dedicated 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centres and CNC lathes are fitted with quick-change tooling and are all programmed using the most advanced software to ensure speed, accuracy and productivity.

 

Our CNC machining capability is complemented by our range of EDM (electro-discharge machining) and surface grinding systems.

 

Throughout, we work closely with you to ensure that each part is designed to ensure it will perform exactly as required and that it can be machined and finished in the most cost-effective way.

 

We work to the tightest tolerances and to the highest quality standards, with approvals for ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949 and cGMP.
