Graduate engineers

Upon graduating from university, the next step you take can be critical. Our graduate engineering roles are designed to enable you to follow the correct path and progress an exciting career as an engineer. You’ll have the chance to play a hands-on role in many interesting projects and put the knowledge you gained at university into practice from day one.

Industrial placements

We offer a number of paid industrial placement opportunities to University students whose course enables them to spend a year in industry. If you are looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment, our placement could be for you.

Join us for a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month placement that will develop your engineering knowledge and technical skills. You can expect an interesting and enjoyable mixture of on-the-job projects, workshops and activities that combine to improve your theoretical and practical understanding of engineering, while also enabling you to take an important step forward in your career.

What you’ll need:

To join our team as a graduate engineer, you’ll need to have achieved a 2:1 or above in an engineering degree. For our industrial placement, we require you to be on course to achieve a 2:1 or above.

Beyond this, we seek hard working team players that look beyond ‘the problem’ and seek ‘the solution’. It’s our ability to do this as a company that has enabled us to earn the trust and respect of the engineering sector and become renowned for delivering one of the best precision engineering services on the market.
