When it comes to attention to detail and superior value-added services, we go the extra mile.

We’re here to help you resolve the often complex challenges of engineering components together with their assemblies as cost effectively as possible.

We offer a complete project management capability, working with your team from the early stages of the conceptual or design phases, through to manufacturing prototypes and beyond.  Our goal is to help you design out cost, improve component functionality, performance and reliability, and reduce time to market.

 

In addition to our precision CNC machining and cold forming facilities, we have a dedicated assembly department, enabling us to assemble and test sub-assemblies and assemblies, ready for delivery direct to your production line.

 

Clean area production and laser marking, giving every component a unique bar code for full traceability.  We can also drop-ship to your factories around the world, managing all final testing so that parts can be delivered line-side for JIT production.
